ATN Corp. Announce Executive Management Restructuring

As one of the leading Electro/digital Optics companies continues to expand, executive management reshuffles positions to better serve the company, its vision and customers.

San Francisco, Calif. (Ammoland.com) – ATN Corp., a leader in advanced electro/digital optics for the outdoors, law enforcement and military professionals, has announced an executive management restructuring designed to enhance the company’s leadership potential and best serve its growing customer base.

Marc Vayn, former ATN CEO, will move to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and remain as Chairman of the Board. Vayn, celebrating his 25^th year at ATN, will focus his talents and knowledge in developing advanced products and promoting new technologies in the electro/digital optics industry.

James Munn, President of ATN, will move to the position of CEO. As a former ATN COO and President, Munn will utilize his organizational and sales abilities to drive new business and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
