The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms has started 2015 by issuing several new proposals that will have huge impacts on shooters throughout America. The ATF has recently reversed themselves on two key issues.

The first is on their previous ruling that stabilizers for AR-pistols were legal and did not make the pistol into a short barreled rifle. The difference is, of course, a big one.
