AMI Announces New Corporate Structure and Leadership

PAYSON, Ariz. –-(Ammoland.com)- Advanced Munitions International LLC (AMI), formally known as Advanced Tactical Armament Concepts LLC (ATAC), has named Mark Kresser as its president and repositioned its portfolio of companies.

AMI will be the manufacturer that will produce for all notable companies and brands such as ATAC Emcon BlackOps and HPR Ammunition, under the Advanced Munitions International LLC umbrella.

Believing in American quality and American jobs, Founder and Executive Chairman Jim Antich stated, “This structural adjustment is needed as we continue to experience rapid growth and expansion. Industry veteran Mark Kresser is taking the lead as president of AMI and has also been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for Advanced Munitions International LLC.
