Accuracy of Lube Groove vs. No Lube Groove Cast Bullets

Is there any real benefit of the no lube groove (NLG) design? Or are they just trendy because that’s what everyone else seems to be making? There is no quick recipe for accuracy, instead you must try different loads to see what works best in your gun
