I had the chance to shoot with Charlie Drowne after he retired..He worked for a while for Fred Kart and I was amazed at the number of times he broke into the high 2600’s and didn’t make the cut……..I spent a few years in the USAF and by then the shooting programs had been gutted…Sad…..
