1911’s VS Revolvers “Handgun Showdown” – VIDEO

I have been running a video series called, “Handgun Showdown.” In this series, I ask my viewers to choose which handgun manufacturer they like the most. Most all handgun manufacturers from CZ versus Sig Sauer to Ruger versus Smith & Wesson has competed against each other. This ongoing, “Handgun Showdown” series has been exciting for me to create and for my viewers to vote and explain their choices.

Today I created a Handgun Showdown that put 1911 handguns against revolvers. This is vastly different than the 10 previous showdowns but equally competitive. Both 1911 pistols and revolvers enjoy a rich history of excellent function and diverse models. I demonstrated that in the video attached.

Personally, I am a huge fan of each. I own several 1911 handguns of all sizes and magazine capacities. My 1911 collection has grown substantially throughout the years and for some reason I cannot get enough. There is something about the smooth operation and a light single action trigger that keeps my coming back for more. When I am lacking accuracy confidence, I grab a full-size 1911 handgun, hit the range and my problems are solved.
