Vista Outdoor Sells Savage Arms, Stevens and Fox Shotguns

Vista Outdoor recently announce the sale of Savage Arms, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hunting rifles and shotguns. The sale resulted from a management led buyout to a group of investors headed by Al Kasper, president and CEO of Savage.
