Mets Pitcher Says He Was Tricked into Wearing Orange Gun Control Shirt

” I in no way support Bloomberg/Morgan or gun control.” These are the words of the Mets’ pitcher who was caught up in the PR campaign to push for gun control, which was disguised as a push for “gun safety”.
Dillon Gee, pitcher for the New York Mets, said he was unaware that a team photo of everyone wearing orange was for the purpose of supporting a gun control campaign setup by an anti-gun group.
On June 2nd, the Mets teamed up with Michael Bloomberg and Piers Morgan to get the whole team to don the color orange to make it look like everyone on the team supported their cause.
But Gee made sure that all of his followers on Twitter knew that he in no uncertain terms supported what the photo op was all about.
