In a store in Venezuela in February of this year, an armed criminal shot another man in the store. Why he drew his weapon is unclear, but the shot victim then pulled his own firearm out, refusing to let the criminal get away. If he had not immediately stopped the criminal, who knows how many other people could have been hurt? This is simply another testament of the need for good, law-abiding concealed carriers in society.
