We’ve pointed out time and time again that the Second Amendment protects Americans against government infringement (that’s any law) on the right to keep and bear all “arms.” Guns of all types and descriptions (including machine guns), swords, knives, crossbows, TASERs and cannons – they’re all protected by 2A. When gun control advocates – including the current POTUS – rail against “military grade weapons” we point out that…hello? Cannons. Not only did our forefathers own their own private cannons, but cannons remain, thankfully, blissfully uncontrolled. Well, not always blissfully . . .
