(AmmoLand.com) Neodesha, KS- Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland is pleased to announce the opening of Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland-Farm and Land Realty, LLC in Neodesha, Kansas. The office will be owned and operated by Matt and Crystal Wonser.

The Wonsers co-own and operate 180 Outdoors, one of Kansas’ most successful outfitting businesses. According to Matt, the recreational market in Kansas is fueled by the states’ exceptional deer hunting. “Kansas is consistently ranked as one of the top deer hunting states in the country, which has put recreational properties at a high demand, especially with out of state hunters who flock to Kansas thanks to more favorable tag opportunities than some of the other states in the region. Our office in Neodesha is in the heart of Southeast Kansas, which we feel is the top area for big deer in the state and a favorite area for hunters from the South and East Coast.”
