Oregon #15
Number of federal firearm licenses: 48.9 (per 100,000 people)
According to Oklahoma Watch, “despite years of investments, some states continue to struggle to submit records. […] Oregon has received $4,542,109 and collected 30,059 records.”
Kansas #14
Number of federal firearm licenses: 49.21 (per 100,000 people)
Kansas is one of the states where many residents have been fighting for “nullification laws,” hoping that the state would be able to control the guns made and kept within state lines.
