Parabon’s Dr. Ellen Greytak to Speak on Forensic DNA Phenotyping at ISHI 2015
Greytak invited to discuss the company’s revolutionary Snapshot™ DNA Phenotyping Service for predicting ancestry and physical appearance from DNA

Reston, Va. (Ammoland.com) – Parabon NanoLabs‘ (Parabon), Director of Bioinformatics, Dr. Ellen McRae Greytak, will deliver a talk entitled DNA Phenotyping: Predicting Ancestry and Physical Appearance from Forensic DNA on 15 October at 9 a.m. at the International Symposium on Human Identification (ISHI). Parabon will also be exhibiting in booth 321 at the symposium, which will be held 12-15 October 2015 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
Dr. Greytak serves as the scientific lead for Parabon’s Snapshot™ Forensic DNA Phenotyping Service. Parabon unveiled Snapshot last December, after four years of development with funding support from the US Department of Defense. She will discuss the Snapshot research program and how the service is being actively used by law enforcement.
