Pennsylvania State Legislature Passes Pro-Gun Bill

HARRISBURG, PA—The liberals in the State of Pennsylvania are up in arms over a bill that was recently passed in the state Senate as well as the house. The bill would give a “person” the right to sue local governments, if those local governments pass strict gun laws.

The liberals are freaking out over the definition of “person” in this bill. To quote the bill, a “person includes a membership organization in which a member is a person who may legally possess a firearm under federal and state law or a dealer who sells firearms and ammunition.”
