Wyoming Man, Teen Arrested For Stealing Almost 30 Guns From Pawn Shop

If there’s one thing a gun rights advocate can agree with an anti-gunner on, it’s that people who steal guns should probably be hammered. We don’t like it at all, though for different reasons most likely. For someone like me, gun thieves are people stealing something that can be dangerous in the wrong hands and, by them stealing them, they are the wrong hands. For anti-gunners, it’s someone got a gun by not going through 53 background checks and saying, “Mother, may I?”

Either way, we do agree that these two Wyoming thieves should get hammered.

An 18-year-old Gillette man has been charged with two counts of aggravated burglary after allegedly stealing about 29 handguns and three AR-15 semiautomatic rifles from 4T Pawn on Saturday.

If convicted, Devon M. Gerlosky faces sentences of five to 25 years in prison on each of the counts, as well as up to 10 years for allegedly stealing a silver 2001 Pontiac Grand Am that he and another teen, age 15, used in the crime, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed in the case.
