WV House passes Constitutional Carry with Bi-Partisan Support

Arizona – -(Ammoland.com)- The West Virginia Constitutional Carry bill, SB 347, has now passed the House. The vote was 71 to 29. This is a very comfortable, veto proof margin. The bill was amended in the House to raise the age for concealed, permit-less carry from 18 to 21, on the 11th of March. On the third read today, the 12th of March, it passed 71 to 29.
