Wisconsin: CCW Renewal Legislation Passes Committee with Unanimous Vote

Yesterday, the Assembly Committee on State Affairs unanimously passed Assembly Bill 28 with a 14-0 vote. AB 28 would revise current CCW statutes to ensure that when a law-abiding CCW holder renews their license before it expires, the license is valid for five years from the expiration date of the license being renewed.
