Winchester launched their new Wildcat rimfire autoloader on the first day of SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
The new striker-fired semi-auto .22LR uses Ruger 10/22 compatible rotary magazines and sports a button-rifled chrome moly barrel with a recessed target-style crown and fully-adjustable rear ghost rings sights.
The lower receiver assembly can be removed from the stock with the push of a button for maintenance and features a reversible magazine release. The barrel can be cleaned from the rear of the stock via an access port. (Photos: Winchester)
Front and rear sling eyelets are molded into the synthetic stock while the little carbine includes a top Pic rail for optics and a stock-mounted rail, with cover, for accessories.
While the Wildcat ships with 10-round rotary magazines, it accepts most aftermarket 10/22 mags
While availability, specs, and pricing are squishy in the company’s announcement, Guns.com will update this article with more details.
