Using focused light, the question is: can you get natural light to cook off a cartridge?
The King of Random YouTube channel tests their “solar scorcher” device, which is basically a magnifier, to direct the sunlight on a .22LR round to see if it will go boom. Of course, even if it goes off, without the barrel to concentrate the energy and up the velocity, the bullet doesn’t have a lot of umpf.
Still, don’t try this at home.
