Sometimes I look at criminals, panhandlers, and other people on the fringes of society and say to myself, “You know, if that person had only put as much effort into a legitimate profession as he has into being a scofflaw, he could’ve made something of himself.” This is not one of those times. Enricka Logan, 29, of Catskill, New York, was arrested on March 6, by the local constabulary, reports registerstar.com. His crime?
