USA -(Ammoland.com)- New for 2018 comes White River’s Camp Cleaver.

This is an all-around handy camp knife will work for both camp chores and skinning. Built along the lines of knives made in the 1800s and early 1900s when a knife was a major tool in the hands of cooks, scouts and hunters in camps and cattle drives across the country.

White River’s Camp Clever features a handy easy to manipulate 0.156-inch thick 5.5-inch long blade resulting in an overall length of 10.25-inches. Through its specifically designed curve, this blade is designed to cut, chop and be very efficient in reduced motion slicing.

“Our Bushcraft team designed this knife for the myriad of duties it can fulfill in the camp or field. This combination of blade curve, thickness and bevel shape, together with the ergonomically designed handle, make this a highly-versatile and efficient knife,” said John Cammenga, White River’s president.

The stone washed finished blade is of ultra-tough CPM S35VN steel that is sharpened then hand leather stropped razor sharp. The ergonomically designed handle is formed of tough linen based Micarta.
