Washington: New Mag Ban Introduced

Despite the bills to ban standard capacity magazines failing to meet the crossover deadline, anti-gun legislators are playing procedural games in an attempt to resurrect this legislation. They introduced House Bill 2947 with much of the same language as the previous bills plus a “buy-back” provision in order to make this an appropriations bill that is not subject to the same deadlines.
