Warhorse Firearms of the Rockies announced its new private-label 9mm round incorporating Shell Shock Technologies’ NAS3 casing.
The new round will pair the NAS3 casing with a lightweight, lead-free Zuerillium Alloy bullet from Advanced Ballistics Concepts. Zuerillium Alloy is  a blend of zinc, copper and other alloys that are heat treated to ensure top notch performance. According to the company, these new bullets are seven times less abrasive than copper or copper jacketed projectiles. Additionally, they are non-toxic and 100 percent recyclable.
The bullets are encased in Shell Shock’s NAS3 9mm cases which are 50 percent lighter than brass cases and offer greater lubricity. Shell Shock says the casing will not abrade, clog, foul or wear-out ejector mechanisms. Offering greater corrosion resistance, the casings also offer more tensile strength and elasticity than their brass counterparts.
CEO of Shell Shock Technologies Craig Knight says the company is thrilled with the Warhorse Firearms partnership.
“We’re delighted to partner with Warhorse Firearms of the Rockies. They are a unique full-service firearms and accessories retailer offering a variety of products designed to enhance the firearm lifestyle,” said Knight.
