Walther Arms develops P22 FDE California pistol models

Walther Arms bolsters its California-compliant pistol lineup with two new model P22s in Flat Dark Earth.
Available in two flavors — two-tone FDE/black and FDE/FDE — the P22 CA is a single-action/double-action .22 LR pistol with front and rear slide serrations. Developed with Walther’s ergonomics, the P22 CA boasts an ambidextrous magazine release and safety.

With a 3.42-inch barrel, the P22 CA measures an overall 6.-inches with a weight resting at 17-ounces unloaded. The handgun also offers a magazine capacity of 10-rounds total.
“Walther adapted the tactical styling and Performance Design concepts from our centerfire handguns and applied them to the .22 L.R. This created a new movement in the design of contemporary rimfire handguns … and an explosion of imitators,” Walther said in a statement. “This specific CA model is currently available in California.”
The P22 CA in FDE and black retails for $329 while the full FDE model is available for $339.
