Walker Defense Research enters the aftermarket accessories scene with the launch of its new NERO 556 Muzzle Brake.
The Neutralizing Energy, Remain at Origin — or NERO — is the first and only product currently offered by the Arizona based company. The muzzle device touts an Iconel design with 1/2×28-inch threads. Designed for use on the ever popular 5.56 NATO chambered AR-15 platform, the NERO 556 was created to reduce recoil all while minimizing muzzle climb and managing felt concussion while firing.

Featuring an eye catching and unique style, the muzzle brake boasts a Black Cat Tactical PVD coating courtesy of Vergason Technology, Inc. The brake comes serialized to ensure quality control and consumers can throw down a little extra cash, $10 to be precise, to receive the lowest available serial number.
Full auto capable, the NERO 556 Muzzle Brake ships with one crush washer and a base retail price of $179.
