WA: Open Carry ban in State House aka Keep your hands OFF your carry piece.

Last week there was a pro-gun rally at the Washington State Capitol building. It’s estimated hundreds of activists showed up, many of which were Open Carrying. This article will focus on the man who made headlines and is being cited as the main reason for the ban.
