The Impact 850 Laser Rangefinder is the latest rangefinder to hit Vortex Optics’ product lineup, offering shooters accurate ranging on reflective targets out to 850 yards.
While the device can tackle stationary targets out to 850, in the field hunters can expect to range deer as close as 10 yards and as far as 400 yards. Compact and lightweight, the 5.5-ounce rangefinder unit fits into pockets and is built for single-hand operation.
With the ability to range reflective targets using 6X magnification, the rangefinder’s fully multicoated optics enhance light transmission providing better low-light performance. The Impact 850 offers angle-compensated Horizontal Component Distance and Line of Sight readings to match user preference with readings capable of quantifying yards or meters.
Waterproof construction keeps hunters in the game, regardless of weather while the CR2 battery that powers the device serves up long lasting performance.
The Impact 850 is covered under Vortex’s lifetime, no fault, transferable warranty and retails for $269.99.
