Virginia: Important Pro-Gun and Self-Defense Legislation Continues to Move Through the General Assembly

Several pro-gun bills have crossed over and are moving through the legislative process in both chambers of the General Assembly. Last week, House Bills 1852 and 1853 passed through House of Delegates and are moving through the Senate. Additionally, Senate Bills 1299, 1300 and 1023 all passed the Senate and were sent to the House of Delegates for consideration.
