Nice, Fance- Footage has emerged showing police shooting dead the man responsible for murdering 84 people at the Bastille Day celebrations in Nice.

The video, filmed by a member of the public, shows police officers firing into the cabin of the lorry as a man – now named as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel – sits in the driver’s seat, reports The Mirror.

The 31-year-old French-Tunisian had just gone on a two kilometre rampage through crowds on Nice’s seafront who were gathered to celebrate Bastille Day.
