Del-Ton was a leader in AR custom rifle kits, parts and accessories world before moving into the complete rifle market a few years ago. Based in Elizabethtown, N.C., Del-Ton now offers a wide lineup of American-made rifles that come with a lifetime warranty.

One of the newest rifles in the company’s extensive lineup is the Del-Ton Echo 316M. Built as an entry-level rifle, as I learned recently on the range, it is still made to Del-Ton’s exacting standards.

While considered an entry-level rifle, the Echo 316M’s components and performance show it to be much more. From its high-pressure and magnetic-particle tested, Carpenter 158 steel bolt to the phosphated 8620 steel carrier to the snug-fitting 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers, the rifle is rock solid.
