UTG introduced the new M-LOK and Keymod compatible Recon Flex bipod series, designed to reduce weight and eliminate bulk on the AR platform.
The Recon Flex sheds extra pounds by eliminating cumbersome mounting bases and taking advantage of direct attachment points on Keymod or M-LOK equipped rifles. Able to attach at the 3 o’clock or 9 o’clock positions, the bipod legs offer a range of capabilities to include unlock, rotate and lock into place within its five position bidirectional base. The base permits both forward and rearward stow away position and 90 and 45 degree deployable positions.
The legs also adjust in length, featuring a center height adjustment from 5.7-inches to 8-inches. Each leg boasts locking retention thumb wheels, which secure height adjustments. Each foot is also equipped with textured no-slip rubberized pads to ensure a stable platform with no sliding.
The UTG Recon Flex is available from Leapers and features a MSRP just under $55.
