Utah Senate Says Yes To Constitutional Conceal Carry

Amid the news of the failed ATF ammo ban, the citizens of Utah have one more reason to celebrate.

Despite a promise made by lawmakers in the state House to a governor who vetoed similar legislation in 2013, the Utah Senate passed a permitless concealed carry bill by a large measure Monday according to Guns.
