CORTEZ, Colo. –-(Ammoland.com)- Tuffy Security Products, a leading manufacturer of secure storage for serious gear, announces the Model 335 Under Seat Security Drawer for 2011-up Ford Explorer SUV and 2013-up Ford Police Interceptor SUV models.

The stealthy design fits beneath the driver or passenger front seats, completely out of sight from outside the vehicle. The drawer requires no drilling of the floor pan to install, using the OEM seat mount points and bolts, requires just basic hand tools for installation, and does not interfere with the under-seat wiring harness. It features a lockable storage volume in excess of 200 cu. in. (3277 cc).

Tuffy’s Model 335 drawer features heavy-duty, 16-gauge steel construction, and utilizes a pick-resistant 10-tumbler double-bitted lock, plus Tuffy Security Products’ exclusive Pry-Guard patented locking system, to deter theft. The Pry-Guard latch mechanism uses 1/8″ (0.3175 cm) thick high-strength steel, and includes premium-quality built-in weather seals to control moisture and dust intrusion. A formed rib in the enclosure additionally strengthens the locking system. The locking mechanism also allows the cover to shut without being locked while offering exceptional strength.
