Since Matt in FL found gainful employment, TTAG’s Daily Digest has languished in obscurity, fondly recalled by BITD OFWGs (Back In The Day Old Fat White Guys). In the interest of reader engagement I hereby pronounce the feature resurrected. Here’s all the gun news that didn’t fit. Well, my favorite bits . . .

The Sun reveals that MD police shock perps longer than the recommended 15 seconds and barbed them in the chest, also not recommended. But effective. TASER has never lost a wrongful death lawsuit.

What states are talking the most about guns on Instagram? – Nevada, Hawaii, Florida, Arizona, Oregon, in that order. Which proves what? And since when is Instagramming equal talking?

Guns and Gore Merge in Bloody Ceramic Sculptures – “In his new sculpture series, Karma III— Battlefield, Johnson Tsang unites guns with the carnage they cause.” Not even remotely nauseating – save the attempt to vilify firearms ownership.
