Time To Abolish Anti-Gun South West Florida Water Management District

South West Florida – -(Ammoland.com)- It’s time to abolish South West Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD).

They clearly think they are above the law and have intentionally violated the agreement and the law forged by Governor Jeb Bush, Deputy Chief of Staff Simone Marstiller, Assistant General Counsel Chanta Combs, and Director of Policy Budget for Environmental Issues Chris Flack, Marion Hammer/NRA and George Gramling, Attorney for Skyway Trap and Skeet Club and NRA.

That 2004 agreement and law (790.333) were meant to stop SWFWMD from suing and trying to destroy this facility.

Attached below are documents detailing SWFWMD’s malicious conduct that calls for criminal investigation and investigation for violations of civil rights and Second Amendment rights. My statement is below and it is also attached.

The people named in my statement can verify the these facts. Governor Scott and his staff, Attorney General Pam Bondi and her staff and Speaker’s & President’s offices were sent the packet today at 7:15am
