During a local hearing on a mandate that would order all seized firearms to be immediately destroyed, Washington State Representative Jay Rodne was listening to a police chief support the proposal when he noticed something hypocritical in the officer’s statement.

Mercer Island Chief Ed Holmes:“Government’s role should not be in a transaction history of selling guns.”

Rep. Jay Rodne: “Your last comment about the government should not be in the business, you should tell that to the Obama administration.”
