A West Jackson Street convenience store owner turned the tables on a robber last night when he held the suspect at gunpoint until police arrived on the scene.
Joshua Baxter, 20, of North Drive, Cookeville, was arrested by Cookeville police after trying to rob Discount Tobacco, Beverage & More around 10 p.m. yesterday with what appeared to the victims as a loaded hand gun, but was later found to be a pellet gun.
