The Second Scoop with Chris Cheng Now Available on Carbon TV

Every edition of The Second Scoop is a five to eight minute video posted each Tuesday on http://carbontv.com. Cheng chooses the top gun stories along with a successful self-defensive use of a firearm in the segment a “Good Guy with a Gun” / “Good Gal with a Gun,” and then tops it off with the video of the week.
