The New Springfield Armory Hellcat

Springfield Armory just debuted their all new Hellcat pistol that they’ve claimed is the highest capacity micro-compact 9mm in the world. It has a 3″ barrel and measures in at just 1″ wide and 18.3oz in weight (empty). With a flush fit magazine it fits 11 rounds and 13 rounds with an extended magazine.

There’s also an optics ready model that they call the OSP (Optical Sight Pistol) that has a milled slide that can use some of the popular red dots on the market. Springfield recommends the JP Enterprises Jpoint or the Shield RMSc. The Hellcat includes two magazines, an 11 round and 13 round extended mag. Starting MSRP for the Hellcat is $599.
