Newton, Kan. — Chad Lehman, manager of “The Breadbasket” restaurant and bakery in Newton, says whatever decision he makes about a new Kansas gun law will offend someone.
On July first the new law allows Kansans age 21 and over to carry a concealed gun without a permit.
