Los Osos, CA -(AmmoLand.com)- Scott Folk of Team Apex returned to the winner’s circle at the Smith & Wesson IDPA Indoor Nationals after finishing third overall in the Revolver division to claim the 1st Master title.

Last year Folk took 1st Expert in the Enhanced Service Pistol (ESP) division at this event.

Folk shot the match using an Apex custom tuned Smith & Wesson Model 625 revolver drawn from a Comp-Tac brand holster. His final time of 374.07 seconds, scoring 112 points down, was the third best finish among the 21 competitors in the division. The only two shooters to outpace Folk were Distinguished Masters Jerry Miculek (325.93) and Josh Lentz (300.11) of Team Smith & Wesson.

“This year’s Smith & Wesson IDPA Indoor Nationals was a very technical match with non-threat targets on each stage putting a premium on accuracy. Despite the challenging stages I was able to put together a solid enough run, against a talented pool of shooters, to take 1st Master,” said Folk.
