Dang it, I completely forgot about the tax holiday on guns & ammo this past weekend in Mississippi. Maybe next year — or next weekend in Louisiana.

“It’s actually bigger for us than Black Friday,” said Todd Sarotte, manager of Van’s Sporting Goods in Brandon. “It’s grown every year, and for the last two years it’s been bigger than Black Friday for us.”
