Owning our own state-of-the-art brass line gives us the opportunity to tailor brass manufacturing for our accuracy needs and not high volume throughput,” said Jay Phillips, Director of Operations at Nexus Ammunition. Nexus Ammunition’s state-of-the-art brass line is servo driven, with the computer interface giving the facility the ability to track small batches for accuracy in both dimensions and annealing. “Our loading process is based on powder charges measured in the thousandths and not tenths. Quality control is performed by hand to assure our commitment to quality is what goes into each box.”
