In 1943, in the midst of WWII, America’s military personnel wouldn’t be home for the holidays. And my dad was among them. That still rings true today.

As we gather with loved ones this holiday season, tens of thousands of American soldiers, sailors, airmen, guardsmen and Marines won’t be home this year either.

They, and many of America’s nearly one million law officers, will be on duty – on land, in the sea and in the air – shielding us from adversaries. Defending our freedom. All that, in harm’s way.

Unfortunately, the very freedoms they’re protecting are under siege from powerful, wealthy oligarchs who are financing a Disarm America Movement.
