Smith & Wesson added two new models to its Self Defense line of pistols, introducing flat dark earth and gray frame finishes.
Chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W, the Smith & Wesson SD Series is designed with home and personal defense applications in mind. The series offers a variety of features to accommodate its mission including a smooth, consistent trigger pull and lightweight polymer frame.

The striker-fired SD9 and SD40 come equipped with a white-dot front sight and white two-dot rear sights in addition to an accessory rail for lights, laser or any additional accessories shooters feel like adding. Both the FDE and gray model boast a 4-inch barrel with overall length of 7.2 inches and are finished with a durable Armornite finish, providing increased corrosion resistance.
