Sightmark recently announced the expansion of its Citadel riflescope line with the addition of the 1-10×24 CR1. Moreover, with a variable-power magnification of 1 to 10X, the new Citadel is well suited for competition, hunting and even law enforcement use.

Sightmark Citadel 1-10x24mm CR1 Features

Sightmark designed the Citadel CR1 to be “packed with features to bing shooters to the next level traditionally sought by top-tier shooters.” Firstly, the CR1 features a fine-etched, red-illuminated reticle with 11 brightness settings. Additionally, the CR1 utilizes preimium, fully multi-coated glass in a 30mm, 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum tube, according to Sightmark. Also, Sightmark designed the CR1 to be waterproof, dustproof, fogproof and shockproof, according to the company.

The 1-10×24 features a second focal plane CR1 reticle. Also, this reticle is calibrated for 55-grain .223 ammunition, a popular choice in both training and competition circles. Further, the low-profile turrets and 1/2-MOA click windage and elevation settings, which total 100 MOA in range, deliver versatility.
