We test out a Stabili-Shock rubber shotgun slug. These are used by both law enforcement and for military training. Nick, the shooter was shot by some of these in the Marines and said he thought he was really being shot. These are rated for “less than lethal” only at relatively low velocities. However, we wanted to demonstrate what happens if the slugs are loaded HOT, which is entirely possible. I want to stress the importance of following loading data and testing when loading less-than-lethal slugs. Even rubber can kill.
