Shepherd Scopes launched the new DRS Sniper Series scopes, announcing that custom reticles are also now available for order in the lineup.
Shepherd says the S-Series is the next generation in the company’s Dual Reticle System technology, boasting tactical turrets in a 34mm tube. The scopes feature a new Mil Dot reticle as well as five new range-finding, ballistic drop compensating reticles.
The optics are made with US glass with each set matched on a laser interferometer to ensure high quality resolution and clear color. The series is equipped with over sized objectives offering more light in a dual reticle scope which in turn aims to aid users shooting long range in various conditions.
“Our patented DRS technology is built to take you from 100 yards to a mile seamlessly and boasts the fastest target acquisition system on the planet today,” the company said on its website.
The S-Series features an MSRP of $1,499, however, the company is currently offering the scopes at a pre-order price of $1,299.
