Schlicter: Trump Won’t Commit Political Suicide By Selling Out Gun Rights

Over the last week or so, I’ve been less than pleased with the president. His apparent willingness to capitulate with progressive demands for gun control is alarming, especially when he’s already done it once by regulating bump stocks into illegality.

Not everyone feels the same way, though.

Some are perfectly fine with President Trump giving up ground on gun control. Some supposedly on the right even think it’s the right thing to do.

Others, however, are skeptical of the president being willing to actually give the left what they want when it comes to the Second Amendment. One such voice is Townhall‘s Kurt Schlicter:

Donald Trump is a lot of things, but stupid is not one of them.
