STI has unveiled its new DVC Tactical 2011 pistol for 2017.

Designed for the tactical shooter, the DVC Tactical comes with aggressive slide lightning cuts and grip stippling, essentially taking the most functional features of STI’s competition guns and putting them into a defensive pistol package.

According to the press release, the DVC Tactical features fixed tritium sights and a threaded five-inch bull barrel coated in copper tinted TiAIN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride). Meanwhile, the frame comes with a low-viz black DLC (Diamond Like) coating.

The pistol comes standard with a tool-less guide rod and full length tactical dust cover for mounting accessories. It also features the STI Tactical Magwell for quick reloads and mag stripping. A 3.5-pound trigger and ambidextrous safety lever are also part of this pistol package.

The DVC Tactical is available in both 9mm with a 20 round capacity and .45 ACP with a 14 round capacity at a suggested retail price of $2,999.
